All of our UK Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney are drafted by our in-house specialists, reassuring you of a first-class professional service from start to finish.
For added peace of mind, our Professional Indemnity Insurance is £2.5 million per Will (not that we expect you’ll ever need it).

We offer a full signing and witnessing (attestation) service where required, along with a secure Will storage facility that is completely FREE for all Wills drafted by Balance Consultancy.
Balance Consultancy is fully authorised by The Society of Will Writers & Estate Planners, and we strictly adhere to their Code of Conduct.
I am also a member of STEP and abide by their code of conduct rules.
This ensures the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and client care, giving you confidence that your wishes are in safe and experienced hands.

The Principal

I have spent over 13 years in the will writing industry, as well as having experience in finance & banking and business management. I am a Fellow of the Society of Will Writers and Estates Planning Practitioners. I am also a full member of STEP - Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. I am very much a client-based personality and respect and treat everyone with utmost care, diligence and confidentiality. High ethical standards are very important, and the quality of service is key. Nothing is too much for me and can generally fit appointments around client timing be it weekends and evenings. It is important to see clients when they are relaxed. Of course clients can also come to my office or meet virtually via Zoom. Within the industry I hold two key positions in addition to running my own practice : 1. I am the Regional Chairperson of the Society of Will Writers (West London region). 2. I sit on the Society’s Professional Standards Board. Away from the work, it is family and charity work.
